Refund Policy

1. Overview

At A2Z Cloud, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services purchased through a2zcloud.net. By purchasing our services, you agree to this policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available under the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues caused solely by A2Z Cloud that prevent service delivery and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

  • Overpayments or duplicate charges.

  • Cancellations made within a specified grace period (see Section 4).

Refunds are not granted for:

  • Change of mind after services are delivered.

  • Failure to read the product or service description.

  • Delays caused by third-party providers or customer inaction.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Setup or onboarding fees.

  • Custom development or consulting hours already rendered.

  • Domain name registrations or third-party licensing costs.

  • Subscription renewals past the cancellation window.

4. Cancellation and Grace Period

Customers may cancel eligible services within 7 days of the original purchase for a full refund, provided:

  • No substantial use or delivery of services has occurred.

  • Cancellation is requested in writing to [email protected].

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with:

  • Full name and company name

  • Order or invoice number

  • Reason for the request

We will respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Disputes

If you initiate a payment dispute or chargeback, A2Z Cloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate all related services until the dispute is resolved.

7. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.

If you’d like this customized further to include specific services or scenarios, I’d be happy to help. Would you like a version tailored to a particular type of service (e.g., SaaS, cloud hosting, consulting)?
